Absolutely! Your senior session should reflect who you are and celebrate this exciting chapter of your life. Bring outfit changes, sports uniforms, instruments, awards, or anything that represents your hobbies, interests, and personality.

Have a meaningful location in mind? Let’s talk about it! And yes, your pet can even join you for some of your portraits. Together, we’ll create a session that is uniquely yours and photographs you’ll be proud to look back on for years to come.

How do I prepare for my session?

Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Coordinating colors and tones usually photograph beautifully without everyone needing to match. For outdoor sessions, dress for the season and location, and for studio sessions, feel free to ask me what colors will work best with your chosen backdrop.

For families with young children, a good nap and snack beforehand can make a big difference. And don’t worry if little ones aren’t interested in posing perfectly—that’s okay! I’ll work with them, keep things relaxed, and capture those natural moments and genuine personalities that often become favorite photographs.

Most importantly, come ready to relax, have fun, and be yourselves. I’ll guide you through the rest!

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions last about 30–60 minutes, depending on the type of session, whether we’re in the studio or outdoors, and the number of people being photographed. Larger families may require a little more time so we can capture a variety of groupings and individual portraits.

When will we receive our photos?

Your professionally edited gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks, and often sooner depending on the season. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view your images and select the number of digital downloads included with your package.

Love more than your package includes? Additional digital images and professional print products will be available for purchase through your gallery.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of digital images included depends on the package you choose. After your session, I’ll carefully select and professionally edit the best images to create your private online gallery.

From there, you’ll choose your favorites included with your package. If you fall in love with more, additional digital images and professional print products will be available for purchase through your gallery.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

For outdoor sessions, I’ll keep an eye on the weather as your session approaches. If rain, storms, high winds, or other conditions could affect your experience or the quality of your portraits, you’ll have a choice—we can reschedule your outdoor session for another available date or move your session indoors to my studio.

Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable, so there’s no need to worry. I’ll stay in touch with you, and together we’ll choose the option that works best for you.

What if my pet won't sit still?

Don’t worry—your pet doesn’t need to sit perfectly or be professionally trained! I’ll work at your pet’s pace and use patience, treats, toys, breaks, and a little creativity to capture their unique personality.
